2025 Renewal
Starting mid-September, look for your email billing notification, or login here to pay in your member portal. Don't have an account yet? Creating one is easy! Once you register, you can upload a headshot, add a bio, and access additional member resources.
The graphic here highlights 2025 membership fees. This year, a $15 discount will be applied to all payments received by October 15. To avoid the $50 late fee, please remit payment by the due date of December 1. We've also included the opportunity to support our 501c(3) charitable fund for community outreach, the Lakeshore REALTORS® Foundation.

Redirect RPAC Options
This year, you can electronically request to have your advocacy payments redirected from RPAC to the Wisconsin Homeowner's Alliance.
- Login to your WRA account
- Navigate to the Advocacy Redirect page
- Select the checkboxes that correspond to your preferred distribution
